Maple Cured Tobacco, Diacetyl Detection more than 22 ppm - This could be contamination of the Acetoin in one of the flavourings and we will to work to identify and eliminate the cause.
Milk Chocolate, Pentanedione (Acetyl Propionyl) Detection more than 45 ppm - This is coming from one of the flavourings and we will work to eliminate the cause.
Groovy Grape, Diacetyl Detection more than 100 ppm - Immediate Stop Sale initiated. This is coming from one of the flavourings. We will identify the flavour, reformulate and retest.
Red Energy Drink, Nicotine Level outside of ± 10% Range - This batch was never distributed. We have identified the issue as incorrect labelling and are reviewing procedures to prevent future occurrences of this issue.
