SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

When will my order process and ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is determined by weight and location. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping charges based on your order.

We will start processing your order immediately after payment is received and it will be scheduled in processing and/or production queue.

Pending payment order will be placed on hold on side until the purchase is complete, failure to complete the purchase in first 48 hours of placing the order will result in automatic cancellation. (We may send you a reminder to complete the purchase)

 

PLEASE NOTE: Processing times vary and do not include holidays, weekends and scheduled plant shut down times (i.e. Christmas week closure). Shipping time and processing time are not the same. 

 

Processing time for retail clients: 1-3 business days (not including shipping times), it may vary depending on circumstances, regulatory reporting and changes.

 

Processing time for wholesale clients: 3-5 business days depending on order size (not including shipping times), it may vary depending on circumstances, regulatory reporting and changes.

 

We strive to send out orders next business day, however we are not always able to due to regulatory documentation and reporting requirements and/or other direct or indirect affecting factors. Please be aware of this.

 

Any sort of verbal abuse or harassing behaviour to Flavour Crafters employees on phone, online chat, social media platforms or on email communication will force Flavour Crafters Inc to stop conducting business altogether and cancellation of the client account as we offer safe working environment to our employees.

 

Age Verification
Flavour Crafters Inc. is legally and ethically responsible to ensure individuals who purchase our products are of legal smoking age in their state or province.
We utilize age verification methods through Canada post and couriers on the first order placed by each retail client. Confirmation of age verification provided by the courier service is uploaded to your account.
We appreciate your understanding and assistance in preventing youth access to vapour products.

 

Do you ship to my country?

Flavour Crafters Inc. is primarily service all provinces and territories within Canada.

We do not ship/export vapour products to the United States of America or anywhere outside of Canada currently.

 

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping to our retail clients placing order at retail priced products that has a total of $250.00 or more prior to HST and shipping and are under 10 lbs. The option to select Free shipping should be available automatically at checkout.

How is my order shipped?

We use Canada Post Live shipping rates, meaning your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location, and the weight of your order directly by Canada Post and will be presented to you, we do not have any control over their handling and operating policies, package rates, age verification / signature charges, associated fuel surcharges and/or applicable federal carbon/environment related taxes they collect on their pricing from consumers.

Our companies negotiated rates provide you with some of the better shipping pricing availability, though it is subject to change as per the daily/weekly pricing changes of Canada Post services.
We also provide live rates from major couriers (UPS, Canpar, Purolator) via Freightcom.

Please note shipping rates for all couriers are calculated by location and weight of your package, and will variate based on the size of your order and location.

 

How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping will depend on your location and the weight of your order.

 

How do I return my item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within first 48 hours after the package is delivered to you and we will ship you a pre-paid return label over the email. Client must send us the package in original packaging without tempering for the products that require an exchange for. Upon successfully receiving the items back, we will send over the package with correct items in express manner.  All products must be in their original packaging with no signs of tampering (including the heat-sealed sleeve around the bottle and Excise Stamps, if tempered or any malfeasance is detected, you will be charged for the price of the product and any future action deem necessary as per internal policies).

 

In the event of a return for products, Client must reach out to Flavour Crafters Inc within first 72 hours after the package is delivered, Flavour Crafters Inc. will refund the amount for the returned items once the items are received and processed at warehouse and inspected for the temper evident seals as well as Excise stamps on the product to maintain it's integrity. Refund amount may vary depending on the return of full order or partial order as we accepts returns of the unopened and untampered bottles only. Client must cover the charges of the return postage from their end to get the products back to Flavour Crafters Inc. After the return period has passed, Flavour Crafters Inc will not accept return or issue refund.

Restock Policy

In the event of a restock for products, Client must reach out to Flavour Crafters Inc within first 7 days (5 Business Days) after the package is delivered, Flavour Crafters Inc. will deduct a 50% restocking fee from the refund issued for the returned products. 

No refund will be issued until Flavour Crafters has received the products back from our client, and inspected the tamper evident seals as well as Excise stamps on the product to maintain integrity of the product.

 

In the event that the tamper evident seal has been broken for the items received for the purpose of restock, refund of the product value will not be issued and the product will be destroyed due to the nature of the consumer product. Please note, this does not apply to exchanges of goods due to any error or mix up on our part.

 

In the event that age verification by Courier or Canada post is refused, Flavour Crafters Inc. will also apply a 50% restocking fee and will apply courier charges to the order and deduct these fees from the refund we issue.

 

In an effort to deter youth (below legal smoking age) from attempting to purchase our products, Flavour Crafters Inc. reserves the right to fully refuse to refund an order for which age verification failed if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the order was placed by an individual below legal smoking age and/or failure to age verify.
