I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "ORDERS" link under "MY ACCOUNT" in the menu bar to find your order history with attached invoices. You can download these records in a PDF format.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged once you place the order using the credit/debit method of payment.
What information do I need to send an email money transfer (EMT)?
If you haven't done so already, please add us as a recipient in the Interac E-transfer section of your online banking, using the email: sales@flavourcrafters.com
Flavour Crafters Inc. is utilizing auto deposits. If your bank supports this option you will not be promoted for a security question.
When sending an EMT, if prompted, please use "liquid" as the security question (or, if not allowed the option, choose the most appropriate question) and "flavourcrafters" as the security answer. Can I send a cheque?
No, We only accept visa/mastercard debit/credit card and interac e-transfer prior to start processing the order.
